Danielle & Michael’s Magical Wedding at Wasing Park

Danielle and Michael’s wedding at Wasing Park on the 1st of September was nothing short of spectacular. Blessed with the brightest, sunniest weather, it felt as though we had been transported to the heart of Spain! Their day was filled with love, laughter, and personal touches that reflected their shared passions for Taylor Swift, musical sing-alongs, and, of course, Star Wars. As a Wasing Park wedding photographer; nothing fills my photographers spirit more than all of the above!

A Sun-Soaked Ceremony

Wasing Park provided the perfect setting for their special day, with the glorious sunshine adding an extra touch of magic to the celebrations. Danielle looked stunning as she walked down the aisle, with her four bridesmaids and an adorable flower girl leading the way. Michael, accompanied by his four best men, beamed as he awaited his bride. The intimate ceremony was filled with heartfelt vows, happy tears, and plenty of joyful moments as they became husband and wife.

Picture-Perfect Portraits

As a Wasing Park wedding photographer, I always love capturing the beauty of this venue, and Danielle and Michael’s portraits were no exception. Following the ceremony, we made the most of the beautiful surroundings for their couples’ portraits. The iconic door by the car park, the charming summer house, the elegant church, and the picturesque setting up past the car park door all provided breathtaking backdrops for their wedding photos. The love and excitement between Danielle and Michael were evident in every shot, making for truly timeless images.

A Purple Dream with a Disney Twist

The wedding theme was a stunning combination of a pretty purple aesthetic with carefully curated nods to their favourite things. From subtle Taylor Swift-inspired details to a fun Star Wars touch, every element of the décor reflected their personalities perfectly. Their guests were treated to a vibrant and joyful atmosphere, complete with musical sing-alongs that kept the energy high throughout the day.

A Celebration to Remember

With 60 daytime guests and 100 in the evening, the wedding was an incredible celebration shared with their closest family and friends. Kurt and Jules, the wedding day runners, ensured everything flowed seamlessly, allowing the couple to enjoy every moment without a worry. The reception was filled with laughter, heartfelt speeches, and unforgettable memories as everyone celebrated Danielle and Michael’s love story.
