Terms and Conditions:

  • Important Instructions: As these are timed events, please arrive promptly for your session. Late arrivals will result in reduced photography time, as we have sessions scheduled before and after yours. The meeting point will be disclosed once your booking is confirmed and will be located in Bracknell.
  • Please note that we cannot control the weather. If conditions are excessively rainy, we will reschedule to the “rainy day date” that is listed above.
  • Sessions will proceed if it has been raining as we will be under cover of the trees, and we’ll provide clear and white umbrellas if needed.
  • Each 20-minute session accommodates up to two children. If it is for the Christmas Little Tikes shoot, then the 2 children will need to fit in the Little Tikes car; they will take turns pushing each other. For extended family sessions, please inquire separately.
  • If the mini session is too brief for your needs, consider booking a full family shoot for £350, which includes all images from a 1-2 hour session without restrictions on the number of participants.
  • A brochure with complete instructions on parking and meeting details will be sent to you. Please read it thoroughly. The brochure will also include recommendations on attire for the session. We encourage cozy jumpers, Christmas tartans, and woollen hats and scarves, while avoiding branded or large logos.
