Hampshire Wedding Photographers Winter Wedding Highfield Park Wedding
We had the pleasure of photographing Jess and Alex’s winter wedding in December and had the most beautiful day.
Jess’ parents were a family friend, so had known the couple for a few years. With her parents being Scottish, they felt more like family than they did clients!
Jess got ready in the morning in her family home, then left with her parents and bridal party to the church. The ceremony was in their family church in St Peter’s Church, Yateley and then onto the reception at Highfield Park in Hook, Hampshire.
The wedding was just after lockdown two and just before lockdown three; right in that sweet spot of being able to still get married, but on limited numbers. The couple had their nearest and dearest as their guests and enjoyed some much needed down time celebrating with them all.
Once we got to Highfield, we went straight into group photographs of everyone, the brides side, grooms side and had lot’s of fun with the bridal party! Highfield is home to plenty of photogenic locations, especially at that golden hour sunset time!
Speeches, cake cut and a mini dance led beautifully into the evening entertainment; tea and cake with a glass of Prosecco or two around the tables. Bliss!
