Every wedding we capture is special and filled with love. One wedding we’ll never forget is Sophie and Will’s Lillibrooke Manor Military Wedding in Maidenhead, Berkshire. It was amazing to see them express their love in front of family and friends. The rustic venue was perfect for their celebration. Since Ashleigh, the bride’s mother, owns our child’s nursery, it felt like a big family gathering. Every moment was magical, from the coordinated details to Sophie and Will’s personal touches. Sophie And Will’s Lillibrooke Manor Wedding The day began with excitement as we photographed the bride and groom getting ready. Sophie looked stunning in her wedding dress, with her bubbly character shining through, and Will looked handsome in his military uniform. Capturing photos of Sophie’s mom helping her into her dress was a special moment. We were thrilled to learn that Sophie was six months pregnant, which added to her happy glow. Despite the hot summer weather, Sophie and Will’s garden-party wedding at Lillibrooke Manor in Maidenhead was brilliant. The rustic decorations on the tables enhanced the charm of the venue. Friends and family eagerly gathered to witness the couple’s union and celebrate their new chapter in life.

Confetti moments

One highlight of the day was the confetti toss after the ceremony. The festive atmosphere created some of our favorite shots from the season. Sophie and Will were delightful during their portrait session, smiling and willing to try different poses around the manor grounds. They even had fun with Sophie’s bridal hat, a military-style cap covered in sparkles with “Bride” written on it, switching hats for some playful photos. We love when couples are willing to have fun during their photo sessions! The reception had all the elements of rustic chic but was super elegant as well. Candle chandeliers hung from the ceiling, greenery decorated the tables and the gold chairs. Later on in the day, Sophie changed into a figure-hugging dress that left everyone in awe. Her grand bridal gown had detachable layers which easily transitioned into a stunningly sleek number for the evening. It looked truly incredible. We especially loved capturing all the brilliant and heartfelt speeches before dinner as everyone shared stories of Sophie and Will in their younger years. It was clear that this couple is deeply loved by all and it was a beautiful ending to an amazing celebration!
