Daisy and Hannah’s wedding at the Riverside Marquee in Bray was the most joyful celebration of love, individuality and sunshine. From the heartfelt ceremony to the champagne boat ride down the River Thames, it was a day filled with beauty, emotion, and perfectly personal touches.
The morning preparations took place separately—one bride at home, the other at the elegant Taplow House Hotel, just a short drive from the venue. Both mornings were calm, full of anticipation, and surrounded by close friends and family. Catherine from A Finishing Touch worked her magic with hair and makeup, creating relaxed yet radiant looks for both brides.
The ceremony was held at the Riverside Marquee, an incredibly versatile wedding venue in Berkshire, known for its picturesque setting on the banks of the River Thames. With floor-to-ceiling views over the water and countryside, the backdrop was simply stunning. As Daisy and Hannah exchanged vows surrounded by loved ones, there wasn’t a dry eye in sight.
After the ceremony, the newlyweds surprised guests by heading off on a boat ride along the Thames—just the two of them, plus a bottle of champagne! It made for the dreamiest couple portraits, with river views, bubbles, and so much laughter. Their boat ride wasn’t just a photo opportunity, it was a moment of calm and connection in an otherwise bustling day. We absolutely love when couples carve out intentional moments just for themselves.
Back on dry land, the Riverside Marquee was styled beautifully by the couple and their friends. The whole celebration had a relaxed, summery feel with wildflowers, soft lighting, and thoughtful little touches everywhere. Guests enjoyed music from Premier DJ, led by the ever-brilliant Scott, who kept the dance floor filled from the first track to the last.
We were so honoured to capture Daisy and Hannah’s beautiful wedding. Every detail felt true to them—the love they share, their joyful connection, and the way they brought together family and friends for one unforgettable day by the water.
